Scholarship Contributions

If you would like to make a scholarship contribution, for the 2008 conference, go to the donation page and click on the button next to the amount you would to contribute.

You can also print a registration form and mail a donation with the registration form; indicate on the form that it is a scholarship contribution put in the scholarship contribution amount on the form and mail your contribution along with the form to the address at the bottom of the form.

Birthday Bash!!!

Bill W. sends his sincerest thanks for all those who attended his Birthday Bash. It is in moments where alcoholics and their loved ones come together to laugh about our former exploits, that we achieve our greatest gifts - the love, understanding & compassion that we give to one another through our trust and faith in a Higher Power.

Acceptance

And acceptance is the answer to all my problems today.

When I am disturbed, it is because I find some person, place, thing, or situation тАУ some fact of my life тАУ unacceptable to me, and I can find no serenity until I accept that person, place, thing or situation as being exactly the way it is supposed to be at this moment.

Nothing, absolutely nothing happens in GodтАЩs world by mistake.

Until I could accept my alcoholism, I could not stay sober; unless I accept life completely on lifeтАЩs terms, I cannot be happy.

I need to concentrate not so much on what needs to be changed in the world as on what needs to be changed in me and in my attitude.
